Our Professional Care
Our services range from PROVIDING Nurses, HCAs and Care WORKERS to meeting the requirements of community and hospital staffing. We have opportunities for SKILLED CARE WORKERS FROM OVERSEAS TO COME AND WORK IN THE UK UNDER OUR SPONSOR LICENCE SCHEME. This is achieved through a rigorous recruitment process.
We begin with an initial conversation and required application forms.
Then we interview either in person or via Zoom. During this their skill levels will be assessed to find the most appropriate work and position for them. At this stage ID’s are checked and an assessment of what further training might be needed.
All relevant forms are gathered from DBS to reference requests and required training via care certificate or induction training.
Sign off day (all forms and relevant paperwork is updated and signed off by manager).
Clinical competency checks and checks of completed required training.
To maintain the level we expect from our staff, we perform regular competency checks for any areas needing development, and bi-monthly supervisions with an annual appraisal is completed.
